Drew Gaiser
PRINCIPAL
Drew Gaiser has always been passionate about hands-on work and tackling complex challenges. While in college, he balanced his role as a wildland firefighter with apprenticing under a master plumber, gaining early experience in roughing in houses. Drew’s early projects included converting a single-car garage into a primary bedroom with an ensuite—complete with a sewer line upgrade—and working alongside his father to build a winery, complete with a cold storage room, winemaking facility, and barrel and tasting room.
As a developer, Drew has successfully led several infill projects and recognized that taking on the role of general contractor not only maximized value for his developments but also offered customers greater transparency, quality, and efficiency. He thrives on transforming plans and sites into tangible realities, bringing creativity, skill, and determination to every project he undertakes.

Ryan Royal
PRINCIPAL
After spending over 20 years as a professional firefighter Ryan draws on his background of complex problem solving and building high performing teams as the foundation for Blue Truck Construction. This unique experience provided the road map for designing systems that control quality of workmanship as well as building teams that can count on its leadership to be a productive part of the problem solving process. Building trust with the people he serves, staying calm and pushing forward through difficult problems, as well as showing integrity to both the clients and the trades directly carries over from his previous career to Blue Trucks current values.
Ryan has hands on experience with many trades as well as project management and site supervision. Whether it’s simple ranch homes on acreage or 3 story townhomes on dense infill sites, Ryan has experience in a wide variety of new construction and development projects. Ryan strives to consistently maintain the name of Blue Truck Construction as a builder that cares about the details. One simple belief learned from difficult projects is that with thoughtful planning most issues can be prevented or predicted. It takes caring significantly about your performance as well as learning from your mistakes to become more efficient and deliver better quality for each project.
